Sir i had purchased a bisleri bottle 1l from a restaurant in himachal bhawan, mandi house, new delhi. The mrp on that particular bottle is rs20 But he charged from me rs35 which is 15 over and above the maximum retail price. When i complaint about the same he told me the excuses of vat.
