I have placed my first order on 10th Dec’22 which got delivered on 19th Dec’22 after multiple follow up. The customer service team as well as the email team just of no use. They just talk like parrot that it’s been escalated but no one takes the responsibility. They just want to hang the phone or close their ticket number.
2nd order was placed on 25th Dec’22 which was delivered on 6th Jan’23 and that too because of the escalation. Also which placing the order I have clearly mentioned I will return one empty can and have paid security deposit of Rs. for the 2nd can. The delivery executive was arguing that we have to pay balance of Rs. 150 else he will not delivery as he was demand as to order 3 can as it’s lose for him to just deliver 2 can then why the hell u are accepting the order if it’s of lose to you. Stop running your business and harassing people.
Well I fool enough to think that if I take the subscription they ll ensure in timely delivery but as usual no response.
Such a pathetic company and service. I have initiated for subscription cancellation. I want the subscription amount of Rs 986 to be refunded and the security deposit of Rs. 450 for the previous order( pls be informed I will not run away with your empty bottles so arrange for the empty can pickup and refund at the earliest. Failing which I will be forced to file complaint you for cheating g and harassing the customer. Was this information helpful? |
