I am a subscriber residing in Chennai, and subscribed to Bisleri water home delivery for the past 5 months. After the 1st month, it has been an on going issue for me that the water does not get delivered on the scheduled date. Bisleri knows and on their web site I scheduled it for 2 days in a week to deliver, and I never changed my delivery schedule date. I have had so many calls and tickets created in the past months regarding this on going issue. Neither the Bisleri management nor the manager in Chennai, Mr. Ramesh who manages Chennai distribution cares about the complaint and kept giving reasons for not delivering. Even today, while submitting this complaint online, I raised a ticket again for my order not being delivered, and looking for filing a legal complain either in consumer court or anywhere this gets addressed. Bisleri management does not seem to care about their customer complaints and feedback, once they get our subscription amount. Was this information helpful? |
