Writing this complaint to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Bisleri. This is my third order with Bisleri, and I am extremely disappointed to say that I am facing the same issue again. The bottles that I ordered 5 days ago have still not been delivered, despite numerous assurances from Bisleri's customer care team.
I had a conversation with Bisleri's customer care executive, who promised that the bottles would be delivered by today and asked the contact number of the area sales in charge, which they did not share. They informed me that the supplier's phone is switched off and that he would get back to me in a minute. However, I have not received any response from him, and the bottles are still not delivered.
This delay in delivery has caused me significant inconvenience and has left me extremely frustrated. I believe that this is a clear violation of the terms of service and has caused me undue stress and inconvenience.
I am having to buy water separately now. I have and infant and senior citizens at home. This ignorance and arrogance of Bisleri is causing harassment to me and causing immense mental and financial agony.
Please take immediate action and ensure that the bottles are delivered to me at the earliest. I also demand appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused to me due to this delay in delivery and the repeated failure of Bisleri to address my concerns. Was this information helpful? |
