Bisleri International — Lack of response after calling customer representative

Kindly find the order ‘ORDER # BSLRE-003HY-217322’ ordered on 5th Oct 2021.
Called the call center representative Angela or which ever false name used and was informed order has not been assigned and will connect me to the Hyderabad team.
Any reason why assignments and connecting to the Hyderabad team is repeatedly been spoken to me by your call center customer representatives and the sla of 24hrs is past due for ‘ ORDER # BSLRE-003HY-217322’.
What is the reason for works like assignments, links and connecting to Hyderabad team and other sentences repeatedly be spoken to me? Phone Calls from India which are unknown to me will not be answered or used as an excuse by bisleri to speak to me for whatever reason.
Kindly let me know bisleris reason for behaving in this mannerism towards me and repeatedly delaying and trying to raise complaints repeatedly again with no effect?
