Bisleri International — No Service After taking pre-paid Subscription | |
I had taken a pre-paid subscription service in August 2021. As per that I was supposed to receive 2 20 ltr jars of bisleri water every week. Till date I have not received a single supply. Moreover for some reason the company has decided that it has already delivered 1 of the 4 scheduled deliveries against my subscription. I have till date received not a single delivery. Ticket number #154956 as raised with Bisleri Customer care team is still open and numerous emails and phone calls on this topic have gone unanswered. The customer care team keeps closing the tickets without resolving the issue. Furthermore, I have raised a cancellation request, and a jar return request, both of which have not happened. I have not received any refund on the amount paid, nor anyone has come to collect the jar and give the deposit back. This is terrible and downright unacceptable service on the part of the company which I do not trust anymore. Was this information helpful? | |
