Bisleri International — Non delivery of 3 boxes 250 ml water bottles

I had ordered 3 boxes of 250 ml water bottles. this was paid for. However the item was not delivered.
i was told through message that my Ticket No 92020 had been Closed. No one had contacted me - nor my money has been refunded. Please resolve
