Bisleri International — Non delivery of water dispenser

I have ordered for 3 months of 20-litre cans and made full payment for them. I am supposed to get a complimentary dispenser along with it. But it has been 2 weeks and I have not received it. I have been calling customer care for the same but the phone does not get connected and if it does then they always say that it will be delivered in the evening and the evening never comes. I have also said that I need it and will pay for it if required (though it is complimentary). I am having issues taking the water from the 20 litres can. I would be glad if this gets resolved as early as possible. My residence is in Faridabad and the distributor is also not bothered. My distributor's address is Shri Ganag Ind Co. Faridabad
