Bisleri International — Not picking up my empty cans and not refunding the deposit

I had called Bisleri helpdesk and placed a request to return 2 empty bisleri cans and refund my deposit. Nelow are ticket details raised on 14th April. But till now no resolution. I even called twice to follow up the status. But still nobody turned up to pick the cans or refund my deposit. I stay in Bangalore. U
