Dear Team,
Please note I placed an order on 2 May 2021 and till date neither my order has been delivered or money has been refunded. On 3 May I received call from one of the agents saying he will not deliver at my address. When I contacted customer care for the same they have said your order will be delivered through different agent and the below message received.
"Hi Subhashini singh, Your ticket no. is 92185. Our support team shall get back to you soon - - Bisleri Support Team."
On 4th May I received a call from agent and he assured by 5 May morning I will receive the order. But to my disappointment neither the order is delivered nor any one is picking up my call.
This is highly irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical conduct shown by a brand like Bisleri. You know as per regulatory guidelines for online shopping you cannot keep money of customer for long and neither without any reason delay the order.
Request to please take necessary action or I will be forced to make complaint against Bisleri and its agents before appropriate forums.
