My order number is ORDER # BOTDB-008MU-2179583 order 3 jars of 20/- liter each on[protected] and was informed every day by the call center / Delivery Partner that will reach the next day. One fine day on[protected] finds the order is canceled without any information nor any refund. calling the call center is a vague and the sales person of Bisleri now has stopped receiving calls also. May 9, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved After complaints Bisleri took 5-6 days to deliver the Bottels to us. The only suggestion for Buyers for Bileri online is never to pay the advance payment and tend to opt for cash on delivery. Since Bisleri has a mechanism of "press the nose to open the mouth." Bisleri do not have any simple way to hear any complaint. Thanks, My Complaint is resolved, Team for all your efforts.
