I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of water delivered under the ticket #BSLRE-047-[protected].
This follows a previous complaint with support ticket #142992, which has been closed without satisfactory resolution.
Despite your assurance to monitor and maintain the quality of water, the recent delivery has been highly disappointing.
The water cans arrived without any labels or barcodes, making it impossible to verify if they are indeed from Bisleri. The lack of proper branding raises concerns about the authenticity and quality of the product. I have attached images of the water cans received for your reference. The absence of Bisleri's identification on these cans is unacceptable, especially given the premium price we pay for your product. I request an immediate replacement of the non-branded cans with properly labeled Bisleri water cans. Failure to address this issue promptly will force me to reconsider continuing with Bisleri as a customer. The local water suppliers provide comparable quality at a lower cost, which diminishes the value of our ongoing subscription with you. Please take immediate action to resolve this issue and prevent future occurrences
