I hope this email finds you well. I recently ordered 2 20 L cans from your website for the first time few days ago (ORDER # BSLRE-010PU-645369)
During the delivery, I did receive the call from your delivery guy as he was confused about the address to my place here in Swargate area, Pune. After reaching here, the guy refused to deliver the cans to my doorstep and was adamant to drop them in front of the building. As per your policy, the cans are supposed to be delivered to the doorstep for which you guys charge delivery fees so why do we have your people refraining from bringing these heavy cans all the way to the doorstep. I spoke to the guy’s manager (The delivery guy was Sourabh and his manager was Pooja ) and she was like ‘Cans leke jana Customer ka kaam hai (It is the customer’s job to carry cans all the way to the doorstep ).
If there are older women in the house (aged 50+), do you expect them to lift water cans as heavy as 20-25 kgs onto the second floor of the building? This kind of experience was highly unethical and you should look into your delivery organization for the inconvenience this has caused and will keep happening to fellow customers i[censored]nchecked. I was planning to drop in a subscription but I don’t intend to go through this horrendous experience again. Hope you guys look into why such things happen blatantly without any rectification. Customer service is of paramount importance to the functioning of the company so hopefully, someone in your organization will pay heed to why such incidents happen.
