I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a recent order that has yet to be delivered, despite multiple assurances from your team.
My order was promised to be delivered on two separate occasions—both of which were missed without any proper update or explanation. To make matters worse, during a recent call, a voice process associate misled me about the delivery status, which further added to the inconvenience. I was finally promised a confirmed delivery by May 1st, but yet again, the commitment was not honored.
This lack of professionalism and repeated failure in basic service is extremely disappointing. I trusted Bisleri for timely and reliable service, but this experience has been the exact opposite. I am now left without the product I paid for, with no clear communication or resolution.
I request immediate action to:
Ensure my order is delivered without any further delay.
Provide a written explanation for the repeated delivery failures.
Address the behavior of the associate who misled me.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
I hope to hear from you at the earliest with a concrete resolution.
