Bisleri — Mineral water can 20L | |
I purchase 2 bottles of bisleri 20l mineral water from rohini, delhi shop. After drinking water, i got bad stomach and even other family members too had a similar issue. We then checked the water can and found that it is giving foul smell and the quality is too bad for consumption. I approached bisleri customer service in the of quick resolution. However, to my surprise they just kept the complaint lingering around with no response at all (Attached email comms removed sensitive information for the sake of security) After almost 20 days received a call from them saying that they cannot help as the water can has been opened from 20 days so they can't provide any help. Also, they said that they mailed me which is not true, as i haven't received any comms from them. It is all fault of the customer as per them and this is what bisleri is all about. This is not what is expected from bisleri and that too on water which can cause lots of health hazards. I hope considering this as food item at least some sort of quick resolution will take place so that nobody else gets impacted with same. Attaching screenshots of water can and mail comms.
