Bisleri — Purity of water

We have been using bisleri 20lts bottle since a very long time. We always get it delivered to our home in Warangal by one of your dealers- Sai akshith agency of G. Srinivas, which is an authorized bisleri dealer in Warangal. Last week, they delivered ten 20lt bottles to our home with water which was very salty, heavy and distasteful. Due to consumption, we lost one of our loved ones recently and our children are still suffering from the consequences. We surely believe that thus wasn’t the actual bisleri water we always drink.
