Courier Not Delivered Till date!!
Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have send a consignment ( tanushree) from Aligarh to Ghaziabad on 5th January 2009.
Sorry to say the packet has not been delivered till date and after following with your local office at ghaziabad, they said the packet has not been deliverd yet.
As per the company policy the packet has to be delivered on 2nd day (i.e. on 5th January 2009), but the same has not been done.
Please explain the reasons for such a bad service and negligence of the services .
This is highly untolerable and in this regard we are planning to register a case against the company in Consumer Forum.

A courier from Noida to Baroda was delivered much beyond the promised delivery date. the consignment was misplaced and no one knew where the package was lying. customer service is pathetic; no one to ans. calls, when someone did pick up the phone they were rude and unhelpful. If there is no other courier agency available use the normal post. ur documents would be safer than with blazeflash. horrid experience.

I have sent a courier to MR vipin narayan tiwari on 05-dec-2008 but still documents are undelivered.

parcel booked from delhi 3 weeks ago under no[protected].

This is one of the worst situation i have ever faced. I booked a consignment bearing C NO[protected] dt 19/11/2008 for destination imphal.The blazeflash executive committed and assured that, they have direct flight for imphal and so the goods will be delivered within 2 days. After 2 days i could not track my consignment on the blazeflash site, so i requested the concern executive to help me out but their was no response for the next two days. Finally executive Brijesh gave me the mobile no of leena roy (chairman or director)i am not sure about her post but she assured me that she will provide all the details and the status of the consignment. But next day i didn't got any response of my calls. I even made call to one of the director who behaved as if iam asking for a favour for him. My complaint is that we are paying them good money for good service but even after that if my goods are untraceable and no one is ready to take any kind of responsibility. I want them to apologise or refund my money and return the consignment from where they picked.
I don't expect such an attitude from the company of this profile.

Dear Sir,
I had booked a packet containing some urgent documents for ICAI, Kanpur on 03.10.08 (Consignment No.[protected].
I checked Company's website for status but it was not in there system.
Then I went to the firm (Vaibhav Pal Enterprises, U-110, Vikash Marg, Shakarpur, New Delhi - 110092) where I had booked it to know about the status. First they said that it was delivered but on my asking to show me the POD (Proof of Delivery), they were unable.
Despite of repetitive visits & phone calls they could not let me know about the status & ignorant.
I e-mailed also to the customer care - Blaze Flash Couriers (ID- [protected]@blazeflash.com & [protected]@blazeflash.com) for a number of times, but they are also not responding.

I am being harassed and have incurred a huge financial & mental distress.

Kindly do the needful.

I have booked one docket by Blazeflash Courier no[protected] on 5th Nov '08 from Bhiwadi ( Raj ) to Distt Chanderpur ( MS) but till date it has not reached the consignee.
When I am checking on net it is showing out for delivery from Nagpur on 10th Nov.
This docket is having important documets please let me know the status.

I had sent one courier on 12/8/2008 bearing No:[protected] which contained bank draft as registration fees for the conference from Doiwala to Meerut.. The consigment did not reach the destination which was LLRM Medical college, Meerut but till date it had not reached its destination because of which I was left embarrased at the venue of the conference. your reputation as a good courier company came as a shock to me . You are requested to find out the reason for not delivering the letter and also not returning it back to me if for some reason it was not delivered.

I had mailed a parcel (cosginment no.[protected] on 14th June from Gurgaon, Vega Courier (ph:[protected])[blazeflash dealer] for Allahabad, UP.
Till date there is no information about the parcel.There is no update on the website and the no one has idea where the parcel is right now.
This is not the kind of service expected from such a reputed organisation.

docket no.[protected] .courier to be delivered at kolkata (garia) in the name of Neelam Bhattacharya, yet not delivered.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CONSINMENT BOOKED FROM NOIDA EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH. IN TRACKING SOFTWARE IT'S SHOWING THAT IT IS BOOKED ON[protected] BUT ACTUALLY IT IS BOOKED ON[protected] ALSO IT IS FORWARDED BY DELHI.
IT'S DOCKET NO.[protected].

IS IT TAKES ONE MONTH TO REACH HERE IN PUNE?

i pawan kumar singha, gave a parcel containing imported and expensive and very important books to a blazeflash franchisee at sk telecommunications 51/20 old rajindernagar, new delhi-110060 to be delivered in mumbai through blazeflash couriers on 7th august 2008.vide consignment no.[protected].i paid Rs180/-in advance. i was promised that the consignment would be handed over to my daughter in mumbai on very next day 8th aug 2008.
the same has not been delivered till today.on enquiring, the concerned staff mrs priyanka of customer cell(most uncoopertaive and irresponsible), mr harish in patelnagar whom i visited personally and wasted valuable three hours, mr goyal at asaf ali road whom also i visited personally and wasted several litres of petrol and precious time also expressed his helplessness and gives a very irresponsible statement that they have lost it and nothing can be done about it now.
sir i have been harassed by all means. time, money and mental agony as my daughter suffered since she had to leave for abroad without the books and she could not perform well.
sir my parcel is still untraceable.none of the top officials are available on the mobile numbers given on the internet.
the only person available mr amit kumar fired the staff mr harish of patel nagar for giving me his mobile number.my various emails to all concerned have been ignored inspite of giving all informations repeatedly.
sir may i shall be highly obliged if your kind honor will look into the matter and provide me justice.
