Dear Sir,

My parent has sent me a urgent medical related documents through thi courier on 16.07.08 from Dehradun to Kanpur on 16.07.08. I still don't get it. After asking to your people, they answered that it has been miss-routed to GHAZIABAD. But they are still unable to tell me, when it will reach to a right destination.

When I am calling at the numbers given by the company person, then[protected] is switched off and [protected] is out of service. I am also calling to Customer Service Contact No. Phone:[protected], 23593611, 41540728, 41540730. But These numbers are also not receiving by anybody.

I don't know which kind of services they people are providing to customer????????????

Let me tell, will I get my courier or not??????? And also confirm, Who will bear the loss happened by late coming or missing of this courier?????????????????

I was send a packet bearing no.[protected] dtd. 25.06.2008 for our lucknow concern.for submitting of international tender participation but Blazelash lucknow office are hold our packet till 02.07.2008 and not delivery till date as per your tracing system we are verifying 04.07.2008 our packet return back to delhi and till time we are not received our return packet. In mean time we make phone call of your lucknow office upto 20 times on [protected] every time picked moble a diffrent person and our lucknow concer is talking for pick by his own person but your side not reply for it.

As per this activity we suffring RS 40, 000, 00.00 big loss please ensure who is responsible for that and recure this.

if correct action not taken so be are bound for some legal activities.

today it is 20 june 2008 and still the courier not reached to my address.

I had bought an city-gold based necklace of exclusive design from a seller of meerut.I had to receive that item through blazeflash courier.I am from kolkata. I made several calls to this courier's kolkata branch but instead of meaningless excuses nothing i've heard from them. Everyday they assured me, 'mam we're sending ur product by today within next 2-3 hours.' but their deliveryman never appeared at my home to give me the product.It's the simply pathetic courier service, big lier and most irresponsible one. Finally after 1 week, they told me that they had lost the product.I reported this to their head-office but no result as usual.Their courier service is pathetic.

the courier is sent to me in pune from muzaffarpur;bihar on 6th may 2008...consignment no is[protected]...i m followingup for past 10 days..i was initially been told that the courier is delivered... i confirmed on senders side and came to know that the parcel is yet undelivered as confirmed by blazeflash in muzaffarpur;bihar...for past 4 days i am asking for delivery recipt and i have not got it yet...everyone right from area manager mr narsimha is showing very casual attitude towars this issue ...my documents are very critical..and i have communicated the same to mr narsimha, sailee, venkatesh...it is ridiculous...asawari

I had sent a parcel from New Delhi to Sedam in Gulgarba Distt. In Karnataka on 3rd May 08. But, till date it is not yet delivered to the address.

The courier was picked up and NOT delivered from their office in another city after so many followups...

In addition,
There have been 2 items stolen from the docket – One Saree and one food item (papad).

I thought, blazeflash was a reputed courier, but if things are delivered so late and that with packet opened and things stolen from the docket and with such a poor response that too after 3 days of compliant. I doubt if I will ever use or even recommend anybody else about this courier.

some important document has been send from blaze flash couriers, Danapur(patna) on dt-29/4/08, to deliver at ludhiana, but they can't deliver me the courier since last nine days.

I was to recive a courier on 28th april, 2008 as per the delivery time of 2 days at my residential address in gurgaon.But nw its been 6 days and i have not received the courier yet.Above all i m trying to get information about the courier using the note number and it says it is not present in the list.
All the 4 number of customer service are unavailable.
I need the courier urgently.

Kindly provide me with the status soon and let me knw the date whn i can receive the courier safely.

Booked one consignment on 15/3 from Meerut(UP) to Bangalore and the consignment no is[protected].

I donn't know the status of mine consignment and when I track it on the site its showing with last updated as

The frustating service I ever faced, I have tried to call up there service centers in Bangalore also[protected], 41157698, 65315533,[protected] and there too no one is picking up the phone and have submitted complain two times on there site.

I raising mine strong concern over these type of courier services which takes good courier charges but do not provide us the service, its already 11 days and I haven't recieved mine consignment yet. Can somebody please help me on this issue.

Please note that this small packet of medicines has not been delivered at our Bangalore address in even 10 days time. And it is impossible to speak on your BLR phone numbers provided by Delhi office from where it was sent. Last night we could speak to one Mr. Iyer but niether could he provide status nor any other contact number. He gave same numbers of CSD which are either 'no reply' or 'busy' always. A fax has been sent to your Delhi office yesterday.

Please take immediate action on this and arrange to deliver the item today. And provide us contact number and address of your office from where the delivery for Yelahanaka is done in BLR.

Please do the investigation into this and arrange to deliver the packet at my address at the earliest this week.

I have sent a courier on 12/09/2007 from bangalore to delhi. They charged a lot for that courier. But now they also dont know the status. where is it?

I had a send an urgent parcel to Nileshwar,Kerala ,India
for which i choose the service of Blaze flash.
The packet which i sent was having the full address , the actual pin number and a genuine phone number as well.
I don't have any idea why they sent me back despite of having all the information and more of this company is having a service center in Nileshwar.
This whole process resulted in a utter waste of time and money and has caused a great loss and a mental harassment as the document was of high priority.

Please help me to get through this as soon as possible.

Consignment no.[protected] which was shipped from Delhi (Gaziabad) on 14/01/2008 has been not yet delivered to the recipient. I have tried all the phone nos. of Corporate office, Customer service centre, regional office listed on www.blazeflash.com, but none of phones can be connected even after trying continuously for than four hours. emails sent to the addresses mentined in the website are bouncing back. Shipment tracking on the web site clearly shows that it has taken out for the delivery but still no sign of receiving it.
