I HAVE SENT ONE COURIER FROM BLAZEFLASH FROM LUCKNOW TO AHMEDABAD ON[protected] WIDE DOCKET NO.[protected]. BUT TILL TODAY IT IS NOT DELIVERED IN THE MENTION ADDRESS IN AHMEDABAD. I HAVE ALSO CHECKED IN ONLINE, BUT IT IS NOT SHOWING ANY RESULT. I HAVE ALSO TALKED TO MR S.K. SRIVASTAVA IN BLAZEFLASH COURIER OFFICE IN LUCKNOW, BUT NOBODAY IS TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOST. MY VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS ARE IN THAT PARCEL. AND THE RESPONSE OF BLAZEFLASH COURIER PERSONS ARE NOT AT ALL SUPPORTING. I AM PERSUADING THIS MATTER WITH BLAZEFLASH PEOPLE FROM LAST 48 HOURS, BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. KINDLY HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.

The Letter was sent to Secretary -Kasauli Club, Kasauli by AWB No. *[protected] dated 20/05/2013.Time of booking at Saket-New Delhi at 11.00am.

On tracking the consignment, I see that the packet was delivered on 21/05/13, but when I seek "Proof of Delivery" it does not respond.
I have spoken to the Office of the Kasauli Club, a little while ago, and they confirm that my package has NOT BEEN RECEIVED TILL DATE (23rdMay -at 4.15 pm).

I live in Mathura (U. P.) and send some medicines through Blazeflash Couriers Limited to my sister who lived in Indore (M. P.) on dated 10/05/2013. This courier reached at Indore office of Blazeflash on date of 12/05/2013. But they do not delivered these medicines till now and when i ask him by phone they daily promise me that they delivered the medicines today. This being continuous from dated 14/05/2013. I complain to it to the company on dated 16/05/2013 and they providing me complain no 67508 but still problem is just the same.
Sir, due to these medicines are very important for my sister because she is pregnant and courier company is not understanding the importance of the condition. We are suffering with very much problem. I want to justification from the company for this late and who will be the responsible if my sister suffered due to lack of medicines.
Please solve my problem and take appropriate action.

I send a Digital camera on 19/04/2013 to Night angle Courier service Kolkata from Blazeflash Couriers Limited, Silchar. But till today the camera haven't reached the destination. When ever I call on movile they don't respond.So plz do something to get back the camera.

I ordered one ring from Mirraw though online. They ring was dispatched my maker through BLAZEFLASH COURIER COMPANY. My order id is[protected]. It is showing that my product is delivered on 6/5/2013 but till today 9/5/2013, i didn't receive any order. I try to call concerned person, but they gave me number of other peoples. Finally after calling alot of persons, they gave me number of delivery man. He said to me that he didn't deliver anything on assigned address.

I have sent one parcel worth 728 rs from MUMBAI TO GHAZIABAD Via The blaze flash corier " reference no:[protected] dt 16/3/13 and that parcel have not reached.sent by shree ganesh enterprises (blazeflash agency) , Shop No 2, Ground Floor, Amrutwal Building, Opp Madhur Milan Hotel, G K Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013 ph: [protected] . shree ganesh ent says that By mistake reference no :[protected] they have sent parcel trace with this numer but After contacting so many time to Customer care, Customer care Manager & operation Manager they informed me that they lost the parcel pls reimburse my whole amount 848 rs ( 728 declared invoice value + 120 couier chages)

A Small Box (parcel) was booked from Delhi for Courier through Blaze Flash Couriers and it was expected to be delivered within a week. It has been more than a month and the parcel is still not delivered. It had some important medicines. The phone number given on the website states that it is switched off.
I called Bangalore office[protected],82,83 - No Answer
I Called Mumbai Office[protected],[protected] No Answer
I called north Office [protected]/45 No Answer,
I sent them an email at [protected]@blazeflash.com still NO Answer.

Please take strict action against the party

I sent an important document on 1 April 2013 for Allahabad which needs to be submitted by 6 april. When checked online with docket no.[protected] it shows out for delivery on 2 april 2013. Then on 4 april it shows out for delivery from Allahabad and till 5 april 5 pm it's undelivered. On 4th april an agent of Allahabad said the address of Allahabad is under No service area. In this case as I know it should be handed over to different vendor. On 5th april I called the call centre number of Delhi. First of all nobody attends then multiple people including a girl named Mansi (A dumb girl) spoke to me. She logged a complaint. Complaint id was sent by SMS to my number. Complaint id: 53983.

Please take a strict action.

Surprisingly even after almost 15 days neither the courier has been delivered to destination nor the same has been returned to me.…

There were very important documents inside the consignment for a National Conference to be held on 5th April,2013 for which 15th March was the last date to be honored by the Co-ordinator of the Conference and it was very necessary to be delivered within TAT described by Blaze-flash Courier. Due to this negligence, I had to bear the loss due to indignation apart from loss in monetary terms.

Even after the continued followup with courier company, neither the courier is being got delivered which is said to be lying at Hyderabad office since 10th March,2013 nor any STATUS is being informed to me.

I had also addressed the complaint for same issue to the Blaze-flash customer support but haven't got even any response from their side...

I called the customer care of Kolkata No and they said that they not received this consignment till date they said that you have to call there at Delhi branch, I called to Delhi Office No[protected] and they reply that you are asking about 2 kg parcel I said that yes they replied that they will inform me about the parcel later but till date they not informed me, this is ridicules. Then kindly help me that what I have to do.

I had sent a very urgent courier on 5th March, 2013 to be delivered to Mandaveli, Chennai with Rs. 40/- as charges to one Mr. ANIL from Blazeflash, Mohammadpur branch of New Delhi. 8th March, 2013 was last date to receive the application form with DD. It has not yet been (today is 9th March, 2013) delivered to the said address due to which my DD will go waste. I tried to lodge complaints in the website which never opens. This is not the first time I book in Blazeflash. Every time when I tried, it gets delivered after 4 or 5 days. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHEN THEY CHARGE Rs.40/- (minimum) to a single papered document which takes over and above 5 days from a METRO TO A METRO; then WHAT IS THE USE OF COURIER SERVICES. Our Postal department of Govt. is the best, when u send the same with Rs. 5/- stamp. It gets delivered to the addressee on the 3rd day promptly. OR without stamp, immediately the next day. I lost a best opportunity which will never come due to reckless staff of Blazeflash of CHENNAI BRANCH with a manifest No. MMD_DEL/MAA_TN/050313/1/BAM/D/319. NOW I AM THE SUFFERER AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY. No acountability and realiability. Consumer Forum please take this issue and try to get me back the DD and courier charges.

I sent my courier through BlazeFlash with Id#[protected] to Bhiwandi on 12th, January,2013. Not received by 20 days, i started calling the Blazeflash Customer Care through which i registered a complaint #32916. On 20th,Feburary,2013 i.e till today, the product has not yet been received. The Customer Care Executives are constantly saying that the product has been delivered on 29th January,2013. When i asked about the POD(Proof of delivery) to be shown to the intented party, The Executives take no action.

Even checked from the tracking the shipment on " http://www.blazeflash.com/TrackDetail.aspx?awbno=[protected] ", the shipment has not yet delivered.

I am in seriously need of some help.
There are so many complaints against this Courier Limited that please teach them a lesson.

SH MANMOHAN VIG, ADVOCATE ON ENQUIRES AND TODAY I.E.DATED[protected] HAS CONFIRMED ON HIS MOBILE NUMBER ,NON RECEIPT OF THE ENVELOPE ADDRESSED TO HIM SENT THROUGH ABOVE COUIRIER ON 2-2-2013. THE COURIER OWNER IS ALSO NOT RESPONDING TO MY TELEPHONE CALLS.

I had send a courier by Blazeflash couries from Delhi vide docket No.[protected] dated 29/12/2012. The same has not reached the destination and nor has the same come back to us. The people at blazeflash are not able to give us the whereabout of our parcel.This is so embarassing when you tell a person that the same will be delivered in a day or 2 at most and you don't even know where the packet is lying.

Blaze flash couriers refused to deliver a package to my residence in Chennai stating that I stay too far away in the city.

Approx 1 week ago a package to was couriered to me from New Delhi and it was promised that the delivery will be done in 2 working days. However when the delivery did not happen in 1 week, my parents in Delhi had to push to Blaze Flash courier person for answers. The Chennai office on inquiry told me that my premises was locked and the delivery could not happen. But I proved it to them that nothing of this sort could be possible because the society guard makes an entry of every person who enters into the complex and no blaze flash courier person ever came to my society which Hiranandani Upscale (The name itself suggests the location and security within the society).

The courier company promised me on 21st that the delivery will happen on 22nd Jan but my parents received a call from the company stating that I have 2 options : 1. Either come and collect the courier my self from Egmore office in Chennai (which in the centre of the city approx 2 hrs drive) or 2. Company will send the courier back to New Delhi and my parents will have to pick it up from the shop they sent it from.

My bill no is Bill no[protected]. Sent on 10/1/13.

I want to lodge a Complaint against Courier service providers Blazeflash , this complaint is specifically for every operation that they are doing. Right from Delays in Delivery , to incorrect and non operational numbers on their website and rude behavior towards Customers. I want to know what actions can be taken against them. I have a courier number[protected] , dispatched on 10th of Jan from Delhi for Bangalore. First of all there is nothing updated on the Company website regarding that. I have been continuously monitoring company website , no updates on the status of consignment.

Secondly all the numbers provided on their website are Incorrect or not working. I tried reaching out to their Corporate and Registered office regarding this but no body picks up the phone there. Finally after trying for about 50 times finally they pick up , when i asked them about status of my courier, they said i have to get on touch with Customer care , when i told them this is the number published as Customer care number on the Website and why they have not updated the correct number on Website they Disconnected the Call. This is Ridiculous.

Now coming on to third point , when i tried searching for point of contact in Bangalore for Blazeflash courier , they have updated 3 numbers on their website, 2 landline numbers says and i quote "Number is not Valid" and one mobile number is in Switched off status since eternity. They have mentioned name for some mr Ravi for all bangalore queries and he is missing from this planet.

I would like to know what actions can be taken against such companies . that are fooling the customers and providing incorrect information on the Website.

I have send an courier from mumbai to Gorakhpur city on 19 Nov 2012. They did not delevered to the destination even not returning me back till today 17 dec 2012. It is almost 1 month. When I am tring to call on there no which is showing on bill either its switch off or ringing but no one answer my call.

Sir,

1) I booked some documents with Blazeflash couriers( ID No.[protected] on 03/12/12 at their Sec-7,
Dwarka, New Delhi branch for delivery at my address at my Bangalore address.

2) It's 13/12/12 and the document hasn't reached me yet.

3) On enquiring at Phone no. [protected], till 10/12/12, they kept telling me that the courier was 'Out for
delivery' in Bangalore according to their online records. However, when asked today, they are telling me
that it has already been delivered to my address at 08/12/12.

4) Sir, after me repeated attempts in getting some follow-up done, they gave me 7 landline no.'s of their
Bangalore Office, all of which are non-existent/do not exist.

5) I have tried everything to get them to act but to no avail!

Please Help!!!
