And They Also Shout On Me

And On Other Side I Ask To Officer Who Make My Challan
He Said They Already Send It
At that Time He Is Fully Drunk
Now What Can I Do
What the Hell Is This
The Challan Date Is Over And I Still Didn't Get My Driving Licence back
I Request To Punjab police Please Do Something Its Very Important
