On 25-9-15 On Zirakpur-Baltana Lights
I Get Challan For Not Wearing Helmet
They Took My Driving Licence In Custody
They Give The Date 7-10-15 For Payment Of Challan
But I Already Go There 3-4 Times
They Said K They Still Didn't Get Challan
And They Also Shout On Me
And On Other Side I Ask To Officer Who Make My Challan
He Said They Already Send It
At that Time He...
