It is a great disappointed to recieve such behaviour from their side...I have been mailing them about cancellation of my order a Rose bouquet and a cake since yesterday (8 may 2022) as its purpose was to suprise my parents on their anniversary but didn't get any details regarding the delivery timing till 7:30 pm so decided to cancel it .today(9 may 2022) I got an delivery of rose bouquet...I refuse to recieve it and talk to a representative and he imform me whether I receive the delivery or not I would not get any refund...it was my first time to shop from their site and I would say it was a very unpleasent experience and I would rather avoid it in coming future...I have only one request please refund my money
