[Resolved] BloomsVilla — Product not delivered Order - BV23161205
On May 14th 2023 we ordered a Bonzi flower and cake to send to our sister and husband on their anniversary. The site showed same day delivery and we chose the items and paid for it and they send mail saying that order is been processed and would deliver between 12 and 3pm on same day. But I tried to contact them after finding negative reviews about them and then no response mailed then and got mail saying that they doing the processing and status changed to assigned to delivery team and then we kept waiting till their standard time past 9pm no repones as my sister and husband said nothing received yet as we did online from Australia. Tried to contact them on phone and mailed them and then last they send mail at 5:45am 15th May stating a smile is delivered then understood that would be scam so reporting this and complaint raised on their website as well but no use.
