COMPLANT Registered to Bangaluru Crime Branch. Hope action will be taken and block this Blooms Villa completely and save the Peoples from unnecessary tension and getting cheated.

    Dear Sir,

    My Order Number - BV22119860

    After receiving the money, they are not responding even. Called many times ([protected]) and no single response. The Function is over still not delivered the Ordered Cake & Flower. It's a pure online scam or Fraudulent.

    Peoples don't believe.

    Reported to Bangaluru Police / Crime Branch related this and submitted all documents.

        One of the worst online store big time fraudsters. I had placed a order for lilies
        on 9th Dec which never got delivered. I have sent many mail tried to call but never responded..
        You place your order but you will not receive.nor you can cancel not you get your refund. Worst people working there customer care service never respond & once they pick up the call but all of sudden disconnect after the complaint... never ever trust this so called BLOOMSVILLA sh***.

          I ordered Cake & Flowers; nobody has called me for confirmation so far. I need to make sure the delivery to be on time (13th Dec 2022, Morning 10AM) as mentioned while ordering. Fixed time payment also initiated along with the order.

            I have already submitted n number of complaints to customer care of Bloomsvilla. I was asking refund for not delivering gift not only on time but also not on the same day.

            Order To be delivered on date and Time(Preferred Time):: 12 to 3PM, 6th Dec'22
            Order Delivered :: 7th December (Which was rejected by my wife as anniversary was already over on 6th December)

            Expected solution:: Refund

            Last Mail to the company ::

            You have not delivered the order till yesterday 9pm as well.

            I have reconfirmed it with security guard so please stop lying and I have recorded a statement from the Security guard which will help me when I will put claims on you.

            So dear bloomsvilla team, kindly issue a refund because you have failed every commitment you have made. Neither it was delivered in PREFERRED TIME NOR IT IS DELIVERED ON NEXT COMMITTED TIME.(WHICH IS 6PM YESTERDAY) EVEN YOU FAILED TO DELIVERED THE PARCEL IN SAME DAY(BY 9-10-11PM IN THE NIGHT)... So Now issue my refund, the order has been ditched by us. Your delivery guy finally made call @ approx 10 am today. So dont make a joke now and immediately issue my refund.

            Order was supposed for yesterday not for today so we are denying the delivery as order was not delivered YESTERDAY till 11:59PM.

              Please beware!!! This is a bogus site. I ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral on 5th Dec 2022. These guys are so callous, they don't even spare the dead.
              They charged extra for a morning delivery. But the item has not even reached. The status on the tracking changes from Out of Delivery and now to On Hold - Recipient not accepted order - which is ridiculous since the family is at home and no flowers have been delivered.
              I've been calling customer care. They picked up only once to which the lady told me, they'll reimburse the Rs. 200 and cut the call abruptly. Since then, no calls have been picked up by them.
              I have sent several emails on the email provided, but it seems that they've set up an automated response saying that the item is out for delivery and will be delivered shortly.

              This website needs to be shut down since it's robbing people of hard-earned money. Please do no place an order with them.

                I have ordered a flower on 5th of Dec morning .my sister anniversary occasion.
                However I got an email like product is not available and you can choose cakes I place of that .I denied that and asked for refund.
                Now they are saying it will cost 10 percent cancellation charge.
                Even I aggred on that as well.i didn't get any response after a lot of emails also.
                Please initiate refund as soon as possible.

                  Cake order BV22118249!

                  Cake was ordered from Blooms villa.order number # BV22118249 order says delivered but it's not delivered.

                  No one is picking the calls and not responding to chats.

                  Its seems to be totally fraud store, I'm surprised how these kind of business are running in India and why there is no action against these kind of people....

                  So I wanted to send over a cake on my father's birthday and was looking for a same day delivery option. Since ferns and petals was not accpeting same day delivery orders and igp website was acting up, I decided to go with the new bloomsvilla website. I am based out of India and often need to use such websites. I was skeptical of providing my CC details but I was desperate so I took a leap of faith. And as was expected, this is a complete fraudulent website.
                  Details:
                  - Order No. - BV22117712
                  - There was an order confirmation email and then no calls were made to the recipient
                  - The order of course was not delivered but a fraudulent delivery email was generated the next day
                  - No their customer support is a scam as well, no one picks up calls
                  - If you check their website, on the contact us page, there is no physical address mentioned of the business, which is so shady, wish I had checked that before
                  - The sad part is Razorpay, which is a trusted payment gateway, is their payment vendor, so Razorpay is getting a cut out of the fraud money too. And if you use the netbanking and wallet methods of payment, you would notice, that Razorpay lists it as a trusted business, so thats speaks tonne about Razorpay's own ways of vetting their own customers.

                  This website, just collects credit card details of customers living abroad, so if you have made a payment with your card, be very alert of the transactions and should also set up sms alerts for any transaction here on.

                  Ideally I would love to get my money back, but lets face it, its gone gone gone and its never coming back. If you need to send cakes or gifts to someone, please use trusted sites like Swiggy or dont send a cake. Better than losing your personally identifiable data.

                      Purchased Lillies from their website. Bloomsvilla Order BV22116935.

                      Later they said Lillies are not available. Only roses available.

                      I requested cancellation as roses were not fit for the occasion.

                      They said if I want a money refund they will deduct Rs. 200. Since I cancelling. I reasoned with them that I am cancelling a substitute product since they are unable to provide me with a suitable substitute. It is not my fault that I am cancelling the order However, they were adamant and deducted Rs. 200.

                      This is clearly unfair business practices. Forcing customers to take a product they don't want, and penalising the customer if they do not accept.

                        The order is created, they took all the money and responded that they don't have the product. Now they are not picking up or talking about paying back. Unfortunately the reviews about this company was seen only later.

                          I have ordered flowers worth Rs.450 on 24th November order no. BV22116433, to be delivered oon 25th November. It was not delivered and on contacting customer service through chat, phone, email there is no response.

                          Please help me get the refund.

                            Did a mistake and will not repeat to use services of Bloomsvilla.

                            Ordered a Birthday cake from outside India and kept overseas calling them to be on hold for hours and useless people never answered. Their chat got a heading "We reply immediately" and God only knows what is Bloomsvilla's immediately meant.

                            Before they come innocently asking for order number, here it is BV22116060.

                            There is nothing called SERVICE with Bloomvilla, so be away from them.

                                I have ordered for birthday cake with pot of luck to deliver at a fixed time between 6pm to 7 pm on 04.11.2022 by paying Rs.1948/- with orders no.BV22112586 on the occasion of my brothers birthday.
                                But M/s Bloomsvilla has failed completely to deliver the items and i tried so many times to contact them and no response either online/offline.Request you take action against the concerned and arrange for refund immediately

                                    I ordered a cake on 3rd november 2022 in himachal pradesh but the state in the address was misinterpreted as some other state. I called the customer care and they told me they'll revert back but are not picking my call now. I have also sent an email and raised a complaint in their website but i am not getting any response.

                                      Problem History:

                                      I have placed an order o[censored]ltimate Love Red Velvet (1/2 Kg) & Unthinkable Surprise Gift (Costed 1028 INR). Also I have opted for midnight delivery on 25th Oct (Charge: 250 INR).

                                      When I checked with customer care about the delivery, they informed me that order to be placed before 12 PM IST else the product will be delivered in the standard delivery slot and delivery charges (Charge:250 INR) will be refunded.

                                      I have been charged 750 INR for midnight delivery. When I asked about it, I was informed there is some technical error and Delivery charge of 750 INR will be refunded within 3-4 working days. Still have not received any update on this.
