    I have ordered rose bouquet from bloomsvilla they placed the order and took the money through online transaction and after taking the order they send me a mail which they have mentioned that my place where I want the the bouquet to be delivered is out of their service..they must have mentioned it earlier after deduction of money they send me the mail which is very unprofessional if they won't give any reply to my mail they I will raise complaint against them in court as I am an advocate. Nushrat Islam from Dimapur . Order was placed in my husband's name that's Mainul Haque.

      The order was supposed to get delivered at morning 7am to 9am on[protected], you frauds charged 200 extra for that. And i got the delivery at 12.15 pm. Completely fraud company trying to become other genuine companies like fern and petals. That is why people never trust with companies like you.

      Attached the delivery receipt where is written delivery between 8 am to 12 pm.

      I will surely give all relevant reviews to all platforms with these images.

      Pathetic fraud company with inefficient people

          Delivered a flower bouquet for my anniversary (on 17.01.2024) that wilted within 24 hours. I sent them an email the very next day explaining the situation and also a picture pf the flowers, but no one responded from their side. Strangely, they have a clause on their "Rules and regulations" section (you can see it on their website) that if the flowers are not of good quality, you can raise a complaint and after looking at your request, if they feel the complaint is genuine, they will take necessary action. Please do not waste your valuable money on these cheats and spoil on your day/occasion.

            Fraud, misleading and poor customer service

            An order was placed 3 hrs before and payment already done, after 3 hours the concerned person asks to pay extra rupees 200 for delivery when earlier it was not mentioned. Really pathetic service on your behalf. Furthermore it wasted my effort, time and a complete mental disaster! I would have ordered it from any other site. My order is now put on hold by the delivery partner. No such thing was show. At the time of checkout and payment. Area...

            I made an order( BV[protected] for chocolates and lucky bamboo on 30 Dec 2023. I paid Rs:2548 to Bloomsvilla for the gifts. The gifts were supposed ro be delivered on 31/12/2023. However we did not receive any of the gifts. Order tracking shows items delivered which is completely wrong information added by Bloomsvilla. The numbers provided in the website are not working and there is no response for the emails

                I placed the order reference BV23197915 on 17th November 2023 for ordering Birthday cake for my dad. The order was to deliver on 20th Novemeber. I checked with the pin code and it was confirmed before the order. in addition, I paid extra to deliver it before 9AM. But the order was not delivered on time. I called the customer care then and they confirmed that the delviery will be done before 6PM as it is outskirt area. I beleived their words and waited. And then 8pm i had to order through other local website and it got delivered within half an hour.

                Now its 21st Novemeber, the next day and still it is not delivered. I sent them email to cancel my order. They are not responding properly to the emails. They are just not attending the issues and sending the same prefabricated emails again and again, may be like through some robo or programming. I need complete refund and they are not addressing it even after repeated emails. They are saying it will be delivered before 6pm of 21st Novemeber. But the birthday is already passes on 20th and now that order is of no use. We have already paid extra for the new order through other web site also.

                I need justice with proper refund. And 100% THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD.

                      Horrible arrangement. Lilies broken and roses withered. I never expected such cheap quality flowers for 1379/-. Please give back the money or do something about the flowers. Very disappointing

                        On 9th Nov 2023 I ordered a cake delivery for mid night delivery around 7.30pm and I paid Rs.1008/-
                        Including delivery charges of Rs. 250/- for mid night delivery

                        They didn't deliver in the mid night and I asked the same in customer care next day i.e. 10th Nov 2023 morning they told that will deliver today( They told the reason for not delivered was afternoon 12pm is cutoff time for same day delivery)

                        But till around 6pm they deliver the cake again I checked with the customer care now they are telling that Tomm i.e. 11th Nov 2023 they will deliver the order and I told to cancel the order and refund my money

                        I sent that email also but no response
                        But in your customer care t

                        So, kindly cancel my order and refund my money

                        Your service is very worst

                          Placed an order for 1 cake and 2 money plant for next day delivery and the order got delivered late with missing one money plant. Cake provided was different from the picture which I am disappointed about. However my concern is the missing plant which was charged for.

                            Order was accepted. While chating with customer care executive in the night as i wasn't getting any update, cam to know that it can't be delivered midnight. I requested for cancellation to which they said cancellation can be done only via sending email...

                            I placed this order on 18th. After paying and placing order I have been asked to pay more 200rs. I was not ok as no one gets amount after processing an order in the name of service fee. I asked them to cancel. They are asking for a cancellation fee. I'm not.ok with that. Th mistake is completely theirs. I need a full refund of 899.

                              This is regarding order BV23190251.
                              The presentation of the bouquet was bad. Fillers were plain leaves. Bunch of Roses were not trimmed & arranged.

                              Dry fruits are stale & rancid. Hopeless presentation. Have kept them as it is after checking. You may collect the same and have a replacement sent.

                              This is very disappointing. Do you really care, as your I'd suggests? Sorry to say I will strongly not recommend your services.
                              Repeated attempts in the last 3 days to contact telephonically & via email, I get a patent response that it is fresh.

                                Hi, my order number is BV23190132, it was supposed it be delivered on 5th oct between 12-3pm IST whereas there is no status of the order, it says assigned to delivery partner, but how can i know who the delivery partner is, well now that the occasion is over, we don't need the cakes and gifts, It was disappointing. I am requesting for my refund via mail and calls but there is no response. Help me getting my refund of 2200 rupees in the same account I paid from.
