I had ordered flowers and a lucky plant through BloomsVilla website bloomsvilla.com where they had mentioned that their service is 24 hours and they can deliver any time, day or night. The order was for my cousin’s 25th wedding Anniversary and I wanted them to receive on the same day I ordered but they delivered next day and the worst part was the products they received were really substandard and low quality. My cousin called me and informed me about the same, she also spoke to the local person who managed bloomsvilla deliveries, they didn’t resolve the matter. So I emailed the company's about my concern and disappointment about misleading information and the delivery of cheap and shoddy products and demanded to reimburse the amount I spent. They didn’t accept that they were at wrong and disregarded my concern. I have used few other websites to order flowers and plants before and was never a disappointment. The reason I chose this company as they have advertised that they deliver any time. This has been a misleading information and above all they deliver shoddy and second-rate products. I request this matter to be taken seriously as this can prevent lot of customers getting scammed in the future by this unreliable company. I aim to go to consumer court if this is not resolved. I placed and order BV24205144 on their site today. It is showing delivered but my friend did not get any call or messages and neither got the product.

They are saying they delivered, they are doing fraud, they refused to pay back back my money, they told they will send a coupon but they never did, please close this company and protect other customers

I paid 1699 for cake, this is fraud company, they didn't deliver my cake

I had ordered a bouquet of 20 roses to be delivered on 14th February and the time slot that I had selected was 9am to 12pm. And I had placed the order and paid for it four days back.
It did not get delivered at all. I have mailed them repeatedly as well as tried to contact them on Instagram as well as called them but their call said busy the entire day, at any given point of time. My bouquet was not delivered and it still is showing that it is with delivery team.

The company should shut down. I placed an order to be delivered on 13 Feb. it is almost 15 Feb and it has not been delivered yet.

The people checking the customer emails do not respond with update. Their response is that order will be delivered soon. The tracking link is the biggest joke. The phone number on the website is fake.
Why has no action being taken to shut down this company. Despite several complaints.
This is frustrating. authorities need to take action. They are fraud.

I made an order with bloomsvilla with order number BV23203011 on 14/02/2023 at 6:28 AM and was promised the delivery before 12:00PM, ., , No customer support number is working and on mail they are saying to respond after 2 working days, , I have already paid the money in advance.My contact number is [protected]

You did fraud with the item is not delivered and not to the any action is done by you.
You create fraud link and robbed to people

I have ordered rose bouquet from bloomsvilla they placed the order and took the money through online transaction and after taking the order they send me a mail which they have mentioned that my place where I want the the bouquet to be delivered is out of their service..they must have mentioned it earlier after deduction of money they send me the mail which is very unprofessional if they won't give any reply to my mail they I will raise complaint against them in court as I am an advocate. The order was supposed to get delivered at morning 7am to 9am on[protected], you frauds charged 200 extra for that. And i got the delivery at 12.15 pm. Completely fraud company trying to become other genuine companies like fern and petals. That is why people never trust with companies like you.

Attached the delivery receipt where is written delivery between 8 am to 12 pm.

I will surely give all relevant reviews to all platforms with these images.

Pathetic fraud company with inefficient people

BV23201883 This my order id and they are not refunding my money of RS 799 3rd feb 2024. They are making frauds and fool to customers.

Delivered a flower bouquet for my anniversary (on 17.01.2024) that wilted within 24 hours. I sent them an email the very next day explaining the situation and also a picture pf the flowers, but no one responded from their side. Strangely, they have a clause on their "Rules and regulations" section (you can see it on their website) that if the flowers are not of good quality, you can raise a complaint and after looking at your request, if they feel the complaint is genuine, they will take necessary action. Please do not waste your valuable money on these cheats and spoil on your day/occasion.

I made an order( BV[protected] for chocolates and lucky bamboo on 30 Dec 2023. I paid Rs:2548 to Bloomsvilla for the gifts. The gifts were supposed ro be delivered on 31/12/2023. However we did not receive any of the gifts. Order tracking shows items delivered which is completely wrong information added by Bloomsvilla. The numbers provided in the website are not working and there is no response for the emails

I placed the order reference BV23197915 on 17th November 2023 for ordering Birthday cake for my dad. The order was to deliver on 20th Novemeber. I checked with the pin code and it was confirmed before the order. in addition, I paid extra to deliver it before 9AM. But the order was not delivered on time. I called the customer care then and they confirmed that the delviery will be done before 6PM as it is outskirt area. I beleived their words and waited. And then 8pm i had to order through other local website and it got delivered within half an hour.

Now its 21st Novemeber, the next day and still it is not delivered. I sent them email to cancel my order. They are not responding properly to the emails. They are just not attending the issues and sending the same prefabricated emails again and again, may be like through some robo or programming. I need complete refund and they are not addressing it even after repeated emails. They are saying it will be delivered before 6pm of 21st Novemeber. But the birthday is already passes on 20th and now that order is of no use. We have already paid extra for the new order through other web site also.

I need justice with proper refund. And 100% THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD.

I had ordered for a flower bouquet on 19th nov 2023 from bloomsvilla to be delivered on 20th nov 2023 for a birthday function, but it has not been delivered still. They have cheated me, I need the refund of Rs.900/- to my phonepay immediately. Kindly take the action soon Sir.

Horrible arrangement. Lilies broken and roses withered. I never expected such cheap quality flowers for 1379/-. Please give back the money or do something about the flowers. Very disappointing

On 9th Nov 2023 I ordered a cake delivery for mid night delivery around 7.30pm and I paid Rs.1008/-
Including delivery charges of Rs. 250/- for mid night delivery

They didn't deliver in the mid night and I asked the same in customer care next day i.e. 10th Nov 2023 morning they told that will deliver today( They told the reason for not delivered was afternoon 12pm is cutoff time for same day delivery)

But till around 6pm they deliver the cake again I checked with the customer care now they are telling that Tomm i.e. 11th Nov 2023 they will deliver the order and I told to cancel the order and refund my money
