They have not delivered the product. They are delaying . They don't reply on calls. They delay resolution on mails. Order placed in morning of 6 Dec and hasn't been delivered yet.

    I placed an order BV2141509 yesterday but gave a wrong delivery address and hence I sent a mail asking to chance the address and also placed a cancellation request email.
    But today the order was delivered to the wrong address so the receiver didn't recieve it.
    I either need a refund or the order to be delivered to the right location.

          I ordered a bouquet on 29 October for the event of the birthday of my mum which was on 30th October. the company promised to deliver at it on 30th October morning since there was some delayed by the company they said the delivery would be made in afternoon again there was a failed and delivery the company said the delivery would be made by evening 6 .
          Later final delivery was made on 31st October by 2 o'clock which makes more sense for delivering the bouquet when the occasion was already ended so the customer customer did not accept and I had to ask for the refund company strongly denied for the refund process. still I kept arguing and finally company said they will give me the voucher later on the voucher issued was of rupees 200 but I got the product of around 600. I strongly suggest the company should at least give me the voucher of the the same amount of my previous product.

            Hi,

            My wife had ordered fresh flower bokke with 35 roses for wedding anniversary of father and mother whose order # is BV2138731H. Order was placed on 13th Nov and delivery was requested on 14th early hours.

            Parents waited at home without going anywhere else, expecting the gift and by evening, was saddened by not getting it delivered.

            History:
            -When contacted your customer care regarding delever ability at the location, mentioning the place, they confirmed they can deliver it between 8am-12 noon.
            -Since it was not, when contacted customer care after several retries, they told it will be delivered before 6 pm
            -Again, as it was not delivered, followed up and they answered it will be delivered next day and we told them not to do that as it is worse than delivering it and we need refund. They agreed
            -Again, as refund didn't happen, when we enquired, they say there is transaction charges they can't refund
            -When contacted customer care again with the above responses, and we request again for full refund, they say charge is for the distance- delivery charge for place being remote.

            See the conflict in your own responses, which shows, it is your eye on someone else's money, without doing the job. Shame on you.

            Please refund as soon as possible. I am planning to move legally, if you don't respond or not willing to pay fully. When going legal, have to ask for compensation also on top of the losses

              I have placed the order with Blooms villa online for a fruit basket. It was supposed to be delivered today before 12 it's not delivered yet. Customer service doesn't work. Pathetic service. Either deliver my order on time or refund my money.

                BV2138799 order I'd, this company registered bloomsvilla.in and .com website and pulling money give fake customer care number and once order placed then it's not responding from thier side. The refund policy is also tricky it says below 48hrs amount is not refundable but they open orders for same day delivery and not delivered as promised

                  Hi i am Pooja Reddy. I had ordered a cake from bloomsvilla on 12/11/2021 at 3pm. And had asked for a delivery before 6pm. Received a call at 7pm saying cake is out for delivery. But actually the cake was delivered at 9pm after so many unanswered calls and messages. I understand fondant cakes take time but 3hours is unreasonable. The cake got delivered after the birthday party. And the best part is we had waited 3hours for a stale cake to get delivered. They take orders, take online payment on time(1800Rs) and delay the delivery of cake by 3hours only to provide a cake that has gone bad. Have shared pictures of the same. Speak of their do called service. There is more to this, their customer care number is not answered by anyone, no one replies to your messages either. Kindly look into the issue. Order ID: #BV2138637

                    I have order a parcel no. BV2137003 on 1 November but on delivery date of 8 November when the item was not delivered I emailed them but they reply due to outskirts area can't delivered but during order they didn't even mention this product availability in your locality and when I ask them about refund they refuse to give

                      Haven't delivered my product and no one is responding to my calls as well and my money is also gone of amount 1197 rupees, please refund my money! Or atleast someone get back to me! I shall make sure the complaint is lodged further on consumer court!

                          My order number is BV2136424. You guys are bluffing people. I have ordered for 50th birthday of someone and you first have emailed me that due to odd time it’s not delivered and will be delivered next day, and on the next day you mailed that address lies at the outskirts. Don’t know how many people you guys have Cheated, taken their money. No one is picking call on the Contact Number given on website. So pissed off. Will sue you guys

                              Very bad services promises to deliver product midnight... charges extra and don't deliver product midnight... customer care lady Divya...just mentions that ur order is delivered but for refund of extra delivery charges mail us we'll get back to you. What is the purpose of customer care.

                              I tried to follow up with them no. Of times. Mailed them, raised a complaint, chat complaint also with the same lady Divya n she stopped msging me back. Even when I called them finally she dropped the call intentionally this I can say because she did not call me back.

                              A big glitch on their website that i[censored] cannot deliver product midnight website should not allow customer to select that particular time and date . Even they did mailed me back saying ur order is confirmed and ur order will be delivered on the date and time you selected. Later my order was not delivered spoiling all my plans for the occasion. This lady says that u ordered late that's why it will be delivered next day. Then plz tell me why you guys took extra midnight delivery charges from me and also why you guys confirmed my order for the date n time I selected.
                              Very bad services. I would recommend not to order from this site, they will spoil ur plans like they did for me. Even did not reply me bk to my emails.

                                The company can’t deliver a simple bouquet in time. Pathetic service. Please stay away even if they give you a 100% discount you can’t rely on them .
                                Even construction projects are not as delayed as their flower deliveries. Some lame persons idea of a startup with no structure.

                                    I have ordered a cake to be delivered late night
                                    The cake was not delivered on time neither they gave me a refund for my money.

                                    I have asked them to deliver my cake the next day but not done.
                                    Even after 3 days of follow up i have not received the delivery and the customer care is blunt enough to say we wont refund the money. You have to take the order

                                      Ordered 2Kg rich truffle cake for a friend in goa. They took extra charges for night delivery then delayed the delivery and still sent the absolute ### show. CUSTOMER care guy didn't even bother to pick up call or reply on chat support. Worst ever. Please please never use bloomsVilla for any occasion. They will ruin the occasion and take your money as well.
