This a total scam and a fraud company... Please do not use this trashy site... You can use fernsn petals, or igp... I thought the same about this one but they are just after money... I hope they get what they deserve such cheapsters should be in jail for misleading people

The quality of fruits was not good.i had specifically also asked for coconut which was not delivered.the bananas were overripe.the other fruits delivered were also of low quality.aboveall the basket shown is a false..the quality of basket alone was not good.The one shown in picture is made od wood..but the one delivered was local market.overall presentation was below average.not expected at all

My order on bloomsvillaa got confirmed and also made the payment, after which I did not receive any message or link or tracking id so that I could track where my order has reached. After continuous calling and emails to the customer care (after 24 hours ) they send a email saying the delivery address was too far so next I should only check and place an order. Amazing these guys are, if the place was too far, why did they confirm my order on the first place, secondly no refund also happened, kept saying bank issue, server down etc . Worst place to order anything. Kindly don’t do the mistake what I did.

They never delivered flower on the day or next day on the name of Covid and issued a gift card referring their term and condition mentioned on their website.

Basically they will say you have clicked on the T&C while ordering means you have accepted.

Even though there is no lock-down and other companies were delivering flower they refused to do so .

Because they can keep your money without doing anything.

Hi, I have been trying to contact to the given number and also I have written an email but I got only automated reply. I have placed an ordr which is on hold. It's already 9days, and there is no such lockdown restrictions in the delivery address which I have given but still order is not delivered. Kindly refund my cash, birthday already over before a week.

Worst customer service with no proper channel to contact

Worst Experience ever, order placed night before. Paid additional for night delivery also.

Not delivered until next day 1 pm . Once called the customer care, very rude behaviour refused to accept their mistakes and refused clearly for refund also.

Why did they change me for midnight delivery if they were not able to deliver in midnight.

And then if there order was not delivered in midnight.why the company don’t want to refund the amount.

Delivery status shows delivery will be before 9 AM .

It’s not delivered then also.

Then I can not cancel the order.

My complain no is 5117, and I have worst experience with this site as they do the opposite of what they promised ， the issue was from their side and they were not able to do the delivery and they didn’t retrieved my refund till date and it’s been 1 month, they never pick up call in one time like I had to make 10 calls atleast to talk to the customer care! Never going to after anything in future ! Disheartened!

Bloomsvilla online cake order fake site its a scam they take the money and doesn't deliver item neither they reply pathetic they are sucking peoples hard earned money why such type of fake or fraud company entertain by Google searc engine they should get punishment.

Booked a product to be delivered by 2100 hrs on 14th June 2021. Order number is BV2120755. Not only has the product not been delivered, none of the customer care numbers are working. The product is a prepaid one for flowers for a birthday which was yesterday!!!

They do not deliver as promised. And there is no way to contact them. All their phone numbers are FAKE. All switched off !!

I ordered a flower bouquet for shraddhanjali of my father in law on 6th June 21 ie. tervi of my beloved father. It was supposed to be delivered b/w 8am-12pm. At 3 pm their executive called me that lily flower is not available I asked them to forward my call to their senior after connecting the call to their senior Rahul, he disconnected my call in the mid of the conversation. After that I kept trying to reach them on call and mail too but no response. At 6:30 they mail us that the order is on hold could. not be delivered.What the F** is it your customer service.. I had placed an order for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was supposed to have been delivered between 8-12 this morning. It's 3 pm now and the order is yet to be delivered. Your support number has with been unhelpful or not reachable

I order the mix dry fruits basket and they send me wrong small basket.
As per the picture its was totally different and customer service was rude and denied for return plus did not call back and later they stop picking up our call .
Because of there fake delivery they dont have option COD, otherwise people will not receive the item in a first place.
I order my stuff in delhi and this company based in Bangalore.

It's a fake website, they don't even have people who can speak decent language. They take orders but don't deliver and then argue that it's covid we can deliver you as a customer should know that.
A lady answers then she puts someone else in the phone and then the guy puts someone else on the phone.
I have blocked my card as these people are for sure scamsters.

Ordered a bouquet... not receiving any calls there after... no status update... no Response to calls... I think there is a need to place a police check on this

BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER
This is a fraud company. They debited my money thrice and still didn't give me an order num to my order. They answered my call when they needed the order to go through and then I had to email to them to send the delivery address and my message. I was promised a 3 hour delivery and it's been a full day and they are all saying they will work on it. They are the BIGGEST SCAMMERS I have ever seen. Please be careful and don't waste your money on them.
