Pathetic, did not deliver my product. Total scam....

Very bad services promises to deliver product midnight... charges extra and don't deliver product midnight... customer care lady Divya...just mentions that ur order is delivered but for refund of extra delivery charges mail us we'll get back to you. What is the purpose of customer care.

I tried to follow up with them no. Of times. Mailed them, raised a complaint, chat complaint also with the same lady Divya n she stopped msging...

The company can’t deliver a simple bouquet in time. Pathetic service. Please stay away even if they give you a 100% discount you can’t rely on them .
Even construction projects are not as delayed as their flower deliveries. Some lame persons idea of a startup with no structure....

I have ordered a cake to be delivered late night
The cake was not delivered on time neither they gave me a refund for my money.

I have asked them to deliver my cake the next day but not done.
Even after 3 days of follow up i have not received the delivery and the customer care is blunt enough to say we wont refund the money. You have to take the order...

Ordered 2Kg rich truffle cake for a friend in goa. They took extra charges for night delivery then delayed the delivery and still sent the absolute ### show. CUSTOMER care guy didn't even bother to pick up call or reply on chat support. Worst ever. Please please never use bloomsVilla for any occasion. They will ruin the occasion and take your money as well....

My package was supposed to be delivered today inbetween 6 and 9 pm and when I tracked it now it says tomorrow. No point when the day has passed...

FRAUD COMPANY, They just take money for somthing which is not valid on website, they say over night deliver but do not . they are money eating frauds be careful...

THIS IS FRAUD company dont order anything as they will take the money and not deliver the products. They dont pick the phones and not refund te money. FRAUD...

They allowed me to book flowers that were technically not available for delivery in my city. they inform me about this after 18 hours and then refuse to refund my money. biggest fraudsters i have come across....

I online ordered a cake on Bloomsvilla to be delivered today to an address in Bhiwani.
I've been trying to reach out on the number that's given on bloomsvilla website. But it says the number does not exist....

I have made an order for midnight delivery and I am still waiting for the update from the team... Delivery time mentioned is 11:45 PM of 1st September.. but still haven't received any call or email updates from the team..even it's not delivered yet..but i have paid fully.. still now no one has called me or updated me either over email or message.. how long should i wait for the product or atleast for the update? A serious complaint willbe...

Order No BV2128454 and delievery was to be done on 28.08.2021 between 08.00am to 12.00pm but still not delivers as there is no any lockdown.

Hi, my order BV2127146 is not yet reached. Blooms villa just making false commitment to customers that they will deliver with in 24hrs. It's been almost 4 working days. But no response from them. I am not able to track status of my order.
I have been trying to contact to the given number and also I have written an email but I got only automated reply. And no option to cancel and get refund. Atleast not even single message from them....

This company is just fooling people.. Haven't solved even single complaints yet. False commitments .. Should file a case on such people...

My parcel to US California is not delivered for Rakhi. As promised in the site that it will be delivered on 20th. Totally unreliable service. Bad site!...

This a total scam and a fraud company... Please do not use this trashy site... You can use fernsn petals, or igp... I thought the same about this one but they are just after money... I hope they get what they deserve such cheapsters should be in jail for misleading people...

The quality of fruits was not good.i had specifically also asked for coconut which was not delivered.the bananas were overripe.the other fruits delivered were also of low quality.aboveall the basket shown is a false..the quality of basket alone was not good.The one shown in picture is made od wood..but the one delivered was local market.overall presentation was below average.not expected at all...
