Placed an order for 1 cake and 2 money plant for next day delivery and the order got delivered late with missing one money plant. Cake provided was different from the picture which I am disappointed about. However my concern is the missing plant which was charged for.

    Hi

    I ordered (Number - BV[protected] bouquet & cake on 5th Oct evening amounting to 1749 with paying additional amount of 250 for delivering the same in midnight.

    Order was accepted. While chating with customer care executive in the night as i wasn't getting any update, cam to know that it can't be delivered midnight. I requested for cancellation to which they said cancellation can be done only via sending email which I did that night only.

    My order was then updated for delivery for 6th Oct - 9 AM to 12 PM, I waited for that even I was having plans with family to go out. It didn't came.

    Post that we left for outstation & delivery guy turned up @ 4 PM for delivery.

    All this was very well communicated to blooms villa team, now they are refusing to refund the amount despite so many escalations. They are one of th first company from customer experience point. (They are talking about some hidden terms & conditions as excuse for not refunding the money)

    My point is if delivery wasn't possible midnight why additional charge was taken & why order was taken. On top of it no one communicated about. Delivery not happening. I kept following up with them on this!

    Request help in getting refund as it was my wife's bday l, one they reuined the occasion by not delivering the product & now they are refusing for refund also they are harassing me.

    Kindly take strict action against them as they don't care about customers.

      Bloomsvilla Order BV23192605
      I placed this order on 18th. After paying and placing order I have been asked to pay more 200rs. I was not ok as no one gets amount after processing an order in the name of service fee. I asked them to cancel. They are asking for a cancellation fee. I'm not.ok with that. Th mistake is completely theirs. I need a full refund of 899.

      Pls help.

        This is regarding order BV23190251.
        The presentation of the bouquet was bad. Fillers were plain leaves. Bunch of Roses were not trimmed & arranged.

        Dry fruits are stale & rancid. Hopeless presentation. Have kept them as it is after checking. You may collect the same and have a replacement sent.

        This is very disappointing. Do you really care, as your I'd suggests? Sorry to say I will strongly not recommend your services.
        Repeated attempts in the last 3 days to contact telephonically & via email, I get a patent response that it is fresh.

          Hi, my order number is BV23190132, it was supposed it be delivered on 5th oct between 12-3pm IST whereas there is no status of the order, it says assigned to delivery partner, but how can i know who the delivery partner is, well now that the occasion is over, we don't need the cakes and gifts, It was disappointing. I am requesting for my refund via mail and calls but there is no response. Help me getting my refund of 2200 rupees in the same account I paid from.

            I ordered a cake and the delivery was supposed to be on 4th of October 2023 between 18:00 to 21:00 IST but I still didn’t receive the package and I’m totally unsatisfied with the customer service I want my refund

              No response whether it is a call or customer care.
              Products was not delivered at all.
              Supposed to be delivered at 17 september 2023 by 12 pm according to the company even though it was to be delivered pn 16th september 2023, the same day I placed the order. So far, there is NO DELIVERY OR ANY CONTACT.
              REFUND OF 629 RUPEES SHOULD BE ISSUED. Please help!

                Order was placed on 16th september. It was supposed to be delivered on the same day. But after the payment they revealed the delivery date to be on 17th september 2023. By 12 pm. I tried contacting them by various ways. No response. My money has been lost. More than that I could not surprise the receiver and failed in that. It is quite saddening. I want a full refund of 629 rs. This is clearly cheating behaviour.

                    Order No- BV23183267 is to be cancelled.
                    I had ordered for same day delivery of Rakhi, but even after 20 days, it has not been delivered.
                    When requesting for cancellation, they are denying.
                    Please help me to cancel the order and get refund as it is of no use to me

                      I ordered a combo set of two rakhis and sweet box of same day delivery on august 31st. It cost about 2600rs. It’s been 10days now. There is no proper contact number provided. Couldn’t reach the customer care. After trying different ways I got a mail that we confirmed your order, soon you’ll get a tracking id. What will I do with the product after 10days of festival.

                          Hi Team,

                          I'm writing this email to raise a complaint on my order placed with Bloomsvilla.com on 29th of August 2023 with prepayment. It's Been 10 days now, and order is not yet delivered, neither they have contacted us yet with any kind of assurance.

                          I have been sending several emails following up on my order, and the response is very late and copy pasting the same response every time I follow up with them.

                          It was not informed to me earlier while making the online payment, that order will be delivered via courier, I understand the same after almost a week of placing the order. They have not shared the courier tracking details either, which makes case look like a fraud.

                          Kindly requesting you to take up the matter on priority basis and help in preventing this type of fraudsters.

                            First time i used this service and i must say its a worst service, today he received the parcel and dry fruits are smelly, infact the rakhi is not same which i order

                                T's been a WORST EVER experience with Bloomsvilla. 1. My order status BV[protected] for Rakhi gift to my brother in US was not delivered nor cancelled . I raised the order on 27th Aug, and then cancelled it because address was incorrect. 2. The same day I have cancelled order on 27th Aug, sent an email to [protected]@bloomsville.com, also called the call center for the same. I was told that I would get a reply with ₹200 deducted and rest refunded within 2 hours .but did not receive after 15 days also 3. Whenever I call the call center my call.is on hold for more than 30 mins minimum. Worst experience… such a spoiler of your important event. They suck...complete fraud, inaccessible, torturous, waste of time and money and cheats of the first order. Their chat assistance is robotic n keep asking same questions.. no one answer. CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MONEY BACK ! Thanks, Sireesha

                                    I had ordered flower bouquet worth Rs. 699 from bloomsvilla and it was supposed to be delivered that day itself. But it never arrived that day. On the next day, I got a call from the delivery boy who had come to deliver my order. But since the product is no longer needed, I refused to take it. I have been sending a number of emails to them and they told me that I should have read their "Terms and Conditions". Why would I even read them when they are accepting orders? And they have such a pathetic customer service system. Please do something so that I get my money back.

                                      On 4th Sep 2023 night, i placed an order for Birthday Cake, selected next day 5th Sep delivery on the occasion of my brother birthday, birthday is passed away but order not delivered. Over the mail only communicated additional charges for delivery, they are not receiving call and order is still not delivered. When I ask refund full amount, in email saying they will not giving me full refund.

                                        I placed an order for rakhi and it was supposed to be delivered on 30 August and is not delivered till now.I have tried everything to reach out to bloomsvilla support but couldn’t get any help.So i just want my money to be refund as its no use to send the rakhi now after 6 days.

                                        Did you get the refund from Bloomsvilla ? I've a similar experience. I ordered for Rs. 2500, on Aug 27th, till now not delivered nor cancelled.
