I placed an order for rakhi and it was supposed to be delivered on 30 August and is not delivered till now.I have tried everything to reach out to bloomsvilla support but couldn’t get any help.So i just want my money to be refund as its no use to send the rakhi now after 6 days....

ORDER BV23185827 ASAP!!! Despite ordering in advance, no delivery done yet, tracking number doesn't work, no reply to [protected]@ emails, no reply on chats, no one picks phone for hours endlessly. Furthermore no reply on Twitter, FB or Insta. Logged official complaint but only automated response. This feels like a total #scam!
Need the delivery done urgently today on 5th Sep. It's a bloody Teacher's Day gift!!!...

I placed below 3 orders that were not delivered.

I reached out to BloomsVilla through chat, customer care number and email to cancel the order and refund. No response at all.
I have been duped by this online fraud by Bloomsvilla

Invoice #: BV23180562, BV23180563, BV23180564...

They took consumer money and don't refund the money back....

Order no BV23182649 has not been delivered to the respective address.
It has been a few days for the order to be placed and the website promised tine slot delivery the next day.
No response from the company has been initiated nor the customer service was of any use as the representative never responded.
Amount of Rupees 699/- was pre paid to the website using UPI....

I ordered cake on 3rd sep evening for my sons birthday and very disappointed that it is still not delivered but payment has been deducted. Their customer care number doesnt't work, chatbot in their website also fake and looks like fraudlent company that everyone neeeds to be aware of!
Please take necessary action against this fraud company and I have the necessary recordings of my order placed through their website, email confirmation...

I have ordered two Rakhi with order number BV23182686 and BV23183544 on August 30 for same day delivery claim. Still today no order has been delivered.
Customer care numbers are not working and not responding to mail. Refund mail sent on [protected]@bloomsvilla.com and CC to [protected]@bloomsvilla.com but till not getting reply on any of them....

I have bought a Rakhi I'd BV23184388 and it was promised same day midnight delivery will be done now the Rakhee has not yet reached and no calls or msgs of mine including mails are being replied till date . U guys must refund the entire amount as soon as possible . There is no point sending gift now After the festival is Over .
Pathetic is the word this site is fraud don't buy anything from this . Fake customer care ....

I sent a gift to my girlfriend but she hasn’t received it and they even haven’t refunded the money, they’re the worst....

On your customer care number no one attending calls. Very irresponsible behaviour of your company. We have purchased Rakhi to deliver today morning slot 8-12 am. But still not delivered. What is the point of taking money in advance then. I want proper feed back. Also now I want my refund because rakhi not delivered timely.

I have ordered Rakhi based on their same delivery claim and assuming that they are delivering on the same day, I also added tip but I think that was a big mistake. My order is not more than 500 but the way, they are cheating people, they deserve to be shut down. No customer care. My same day delivery is showing the delivery date after 4 days, so there is no point....

WORST SITE!!!
They have poor customer + delivery service.. Have ordered Rakhi from this site, they hv taken full payment too and assured for same day delivery.. Tried to call their Customer service several times but no one picked the call.. And my rakhi also not delivered yet.. Please don't purchase anything from these kind of scam websites....

As per assurance given for same day delivery, product is still not delivered. Tried online tracking system and even reached out customer service many times with no support. A very pathetic and unprofessional service provided by bloomsvilla...
