Please help me resolveing i have order today rakhi gift with full payment but didn't receive it yet...

They have taken the money and not didnt deliver the order...

My 2 orders BV23178785. And BV23178747 which were suppose to get delivered by tomorrow midnight did not reach to the location and now i cant even give it again as the person i was sending is no more there
I even paid extra money for night delivery
This is highly unprofessional behaviour
I want my money back...

For 10 August 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. I had booked and paid 2000 rs in advance.But they did not deliver my bouquet and also sent a message saying that my bouquet have been delivered.Neither they picked up the phone nor responds to mail .It is a fraud company which has not delivered order as well as not giving back my refund.I tried 100 times to customer care but not able to contact them.Strict actions should be taken on such companies making fool...

I have ordered 2 products from bloomsvilla 5th aug 2023 by 11.20pm and selected the delivery date by 6th aug with standard delivery free - 8AM to 12PM. Now the time is 6th aug 9PM yet to recieve the order.
Their customer service is worst to say.
by googling about the bloomsvilla i found complaints website. got toll free number and reached them, after a discussion diaconnected my call and immediately blocked my registered mobile...

Is this company is fraud... Ive to send flowers to friend anyway... Im sending him from last 10 years continuously... Bloomsvilla not attending call as ive call them so much times... What should i do...

Two orders bearing No ORDER BV23172747 and ORDER BV23172743 for Rs 628.95 and 1153.95 for delivery of flowers and cake on 09 July 2023 for midnight delivery were accepted by blooms villa and not refunded after failing to deliver the orders. In this connection during mail correspondence an argument was made that as per terms and policy either the order will be delivered on next day or money will be forfeited . Hence they forfeited the money....

I have placed two orders bearing orders Nos ORDER BV23172743 for Rs 1153.95 - paid online for midnight delivery and ORDER BV23172747 for Rs 628.95. The both orders remained undelivered and as per their terms and conditions they conveniently forfeited the money. There is a urgent requirement to take strict criminal action against these fraudulent businesses sites because they can dupe the customer for hefty amounts by this type of one sided...

Had a terrible experience. They do not undertake same day delivery. Extremely poor customer service and poor business ethics. They expect you to "read" through their "terms and conditions" in fine print which when read again makes it clear that you are unlikely to get the cake as per the date you ordered and rather as per their convenience. The only number on the website was ringing continuously and no one attended to it. The customer chat...

Bad delivery they take money n dont deliver..they dont even bither to reply or inform..they r getting richer by taking money.Gid help them people...

Time slot was given till 12 afternoon..but no delivery has been done till 3pm..they dont bother to inform you..all they want is money...

Taking advance payment nd not delivered single product...

Order BV23171631 Was never delivered and they already took extra delivery charge of 250rs for midnight delivery which they didn’t even do and now they are asking for another 800rs delivery charge. They are not delivering the product or refunding nor are the adjusting the already wrongly charged midnight delivery charge.
They have scammed me of 2, 877rs. I want a refund immediately....

Please provide my refund as the product is not delivered and there is no response from BloomsVilla. They are cheating me from 3 days...

I had ordered a cake for my relative in Silchar through bloomsvilla. This fraud company has the guts and courage to send me mails and confirm the order and promised same date delivery. It was a prepaid order, my money was deducted and no product was delivered. Pathetic Customer support. I gaped for my order money got deducted. Got a confirmation mail. The product is not delivered. There is no way to rech customer support. Mails are not responded. Looks like a fraudulent company where they cheat customers.
Am going to lodge a complaint against the company in cyber crime....

My order number- Re: BV23166475 dated 23may 2023 After Lots of emails follow up made to bloomsvilla regarding 8 Ferrero Rocher Chocolates bouquet with 10 roses delivery but they delivered only roses with one chocolate.

Later follow up of lots of emails they promised to deliver right product & mailed me that product is delivered now contact the receiver.

Ordered on 13.5.23 persinalised mug on mother day for 95 year old mother. Till date, neither delivered, nor any news, no response to messages, complaints, phone calls. Now read other reviews also saying this company are cheaters and fraud....

I ordered flowers for delivery for Mother's Day order number BV23160711. I placed an order on the day of Mother’s day but till date they haven’t delivered my order and in the “track order” it’s showing that the order has been delivered.
After multiple emails last week I got an email that we will deliver your order asap. However, post then nobody ever responded to the mail because I said them to refund the money as I no longer require their order to be delivered. It’s the worst online site ever....
