I have bought a Rakhi I'd BV23184388 and it was promised same day midnight delivery will be done now the Rakhee has not yet reached and no calls or msgs of mine including mails are being replied till date . U guys must refund the entire amount as soon as possible . There is no point sending gift now After the festival is Over .
Pathetic is the word this site is fraud don't buy anything from this . Fake customer care .

    I ordered Rakhi gift for my brother, it was showing that it will be delivered same day. The order is yet not delivered and i tried calling on [protected], but it is not working
    dropped several emails, not getting reply on any of them

      I have ordered rakhi to Canada with order number BV23181230 on August 27 for 2 day deliver claim. Still today it isn't delivered. Customer care number is not working and not responding to mail ..Dint know what to do. Need full refund cheaters ...

          On your customer care number no one attending calls. Very irresponsible behaviour of your company. We have purchased Rakhi to deliver today morning slot 8-12 am. But still not delivered. What is the point of taking money in advance then. I want proper feed back. Also now I want my refund because rakhi not delivered timely.

          Yesterday and Today called them so Many times but I have hold my cellphone for half n hour, but no one replied only telling will take your call in some time only fake audio fitted in caller tune to misguide customer on customer care numbers. Call detail are attached you can see.

            I have ordered Rakhi based on their same delivery claim and assuming that they are delivering on the same day, I also added tip but I think that was a big mistake. My order is not more than 500 but the way, they are cheating people, they deserve to be shut down. No customer care. My same day delivery is showing the delivery date after 4 days, so there is no point.

              WORST SITE!!!
              They have poor customer + delivery service.. Have ordered Rakhi from this site, they hv taken full payment too and assured for same day delivery.. Tried to call their Customer service several times but no one picked the call.. And my rakhi also not delivered yet.. Please don't purchase anything from these kind of scam websites.

                As per assurance given for same day delivery, product is still not delivered. Tried online tracking system and even reached out customer service many times with no support. A very pathetic and unprofessional service provided by bloomsvilla

                      Order not delivered even after full paid order

                      My 2 orders BV23178785. And BV23178747 which were suppose to get delivered by tomorrow midnight did not reach to the location and now i cant even give it again as the person i was sending is no more there
                      I even paid extra money for night delivery
                      This is highly unprofessional behaviour

                      For 10 August 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. I had booked and paid 2000 rs in advance.But they did not deliver my bouquet and also sent a message saying that my bouquet have been delivered.Neither they picked up the phone nor responds to mail .It is a fraud company which has not delivered order as well as not giving back my refund.I tried 100 times to customer care but not able to contact them.Strict actions should be taken on such companies making fool of innocent customer.

                        I have ordered 2 products from bloomsvilla 5th aug 2023 by 11.20pm and selected the delivery date by 6th aug with standard delivery free - 8AM to 12PM. Now the time is 6th aug 9PM yet to recieve the order.
                        Their customer service is worst to say.
                        by googling about the bloomsvilla i found complaints website. got toll free number and reached them, after a discussion diaconnected my call and immediately blocked my registered mobile number.
                        By some other mobile number reached them, surprisingly got to know they blocked my primary number. after a minute discussion spoke to me in english by saying dont know english, immediately disconnected call of my secondary number also.
                        felling like they are fake, sent email, tried all the ways.

                            Two orders bearing No ORDER BV23172747 and ORDER BV23172743 for Rs 628.95 and 1153.95 for delivery of flowers and cake on 09 July 2023 for midnight delivery were accepted by blooms villa and not refunded after failing to deliver the orders. In this connection during mail correspondence an argument was made that as per terms and policy either the order will be delivered on next day or money will be forfeited . Hence they forfeited the money. If they were going for forfeiture of money without any ill will then why they accepted order with Rs 250 for express delivery.
                            Such type of fraudsters should immediately be booked for criminal intent and their business should be immediately terminated by google and other platforms. There has to be serious actions against these criminals doing financial crimes

                              I have placed two orders bearing orders Nos ORDER BV23172743 for Rs 1153.95 - paid online for midnight delivery and ORDER BV23172747 for Rs 628.95. The both orders remained undelivered and as per their terms and conditions they conveniently forfeited the money. There is a urgent requirement to take strict criminal action against these fraudulent businesses sites because they can dupe the customer for hefty amounts by this type of one sided terms and conditions. They are more dangerous fraudsters than other online fraud sites

                                Had a terrible experience. They do not undertake same day delivery. Extremely poor customer service and poor business ethics. They expect you to "read" through their "terms and conditions" in fine print which when read again makes it clear that you are unlikely to get the cake as per the date you ordered and rather as per their convenience. The only number on the website was ringing continuously and no one attended to it. The customer chat we advertises "we respond immediately" was frustratingly unresponsive and agonizingly slow. The cake was to be delivered between 1800h and 2100h and never came through. I had finally cancelled the order and dropped a mail as well to that effect by 2300h. To my shock, I learnt that the business was not even aware of the developments or my email! Need my hard earned money back.
