Hi, I have orederd cake and some goodies for my mother on mothers day, which has not YET DELIVIRED TILL NOW .ORDER NUMBER : BV23164242

HI,

I ordered a plant from this vendor on 14th May 2023 where it showed me the delivery to my location was possible on the same day.

Later by 1:38PM i received an email confirmation stating that they cannot deliver to my location and that if i do not reply to the email, they will refund the amount as store credit.

I replied right away requesting for the refund to my source account because 1) i do not use this website and their store credit does not mean anything to me 2) I do not have an account in their website 3) This is their fault for claiming delivery to the location i had requested for so they owe me my refund which did not happen yet. Their customer care numbers are not working, neither is anyone replying from their given email IDs.

My parents never received anything . Emailed Bloomsvilla customer service, no response

Appreciate if this can be resolved

I ordered cake and flowers on the occasion of Mother's Day on 14th May, 7:30pm. At the time I placed the order from BloomsVilla because it showed that they will deliver the order by 9:00pm. I waited for 2 hours for them to deliver the order since it showed on their site that the order was with the delivery partner, I tried to contact them several times on their chat services, which says "We reply immediately" but I got no response. The next day, I tried to contact them again on their number (They were busy, so they could not even keep me on hold) and their chat (which again after numerous texts, I just received one text asking me what my problem is). FInally, today on 16th May, they updated their website that my order was delivered, whereas I did not receive anything.

Either deliver my order by tonight, 16th May or refund me my money, I am a student and 1000 bucks is a lot for me.

My product was promised to be delivered on[protected] by 9PM, but it has not been delivered till yet and no customer care contact has been established. I am trying to reach out to them since two days but no one is picking up the phone and no one is replying on email. I have created three tickets for the issue.

I want my refund of the order and do not want to proceed with this

Placed order BV23163982 and completed online payment but order was never delivered. Tried reaching on Support Call number () but no use as never gets connected.
Raised complaint on their portal (complaint Number: 37431) no response or updates either.
Tried reaching on [protected]@bloomsvilla.com, still haven't got any guidance on action or call back.

I ordered flowers for mothers day they said that the flowers would be delivered on 14th may but as of now they have not delivered them but have send a fake mail saying that the flowers have delivered. I want a full refund of my order BV23162305...

Refund my amount immediately. Have tried to get in touch via phone calls emails and chats.

It was supposed to be delivered by May 14, 2023. It has not been delivered yet. I tried reaching out to them via chat, email, phone but I haven't been able to connect with them.

I want a complete refund.

My order no. BV23163079 is not traceable and company is not attending my calls. I ordered this gift on 14 may for my mother and they spoil our specail day.There is no communication about the order from company. I want full refund of my money Rs. 1498.

Had paid online Rs, 1878/- for flowers and a coffee mug. both the products were not delivered neither anyone is answering the calls, neither they are replying to their email.

This is a fraud website. Please stop them. They are into cyber crime and asking customers to download apps from play store and then accessing their phones. They will cheat by taking orders, people pay online and orders never deliver. Please take action against them.

BV23159624 not delivered. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th may 2023. today is 15th, no one receives the call or answers to the emails. I want the refund of 1248 rupees.

I wanted to send my mom flowers and I have ordered thought this site, they have not delivered and their number is not reachable. The emails have gone unanswered. If you cannot okay, Mother’s Day is already over.
You can refund the amount back.

This was my order number and i ordered a cake and a pillow for the occasion of mother's day for my mom on 14/may/2023 and delivery time was before 6:00pm on 14/may/2023 but they didn't deliver the items on time and above that they send me a mail on 7:00 pm that we had delivered the order but tiil today(15/may/2023, 10:22am) i have not received my order
Please help to get my full refund

On May 14th 2023 we ordered a Bonzi flower and cake to send to our sister and husband on their anniversary. The site showed same day delivery and we chose the items and paid for it and they send mail saying that order is been processed and would deliver between 12 and 3pm on same day. But I tried to contact them after finding negative reviews about them and then no response mailed then and got mail saying that they doing the processing and...

I placed an order on this website on 14th May 2023. And did not receive my order on the specific date and time. I want to get my refund from this fraud website. I spent 2200 inr.
