BloomsVilla — Birthday combo online order

Hi,
I have placed an online order and did online payment on 11th Feb 2022 in Bloomsvilla site and paid additional cost also for a fixed time delivery but the day when order should get delivery, the order is not delivered on given specific time and entire day as well . Did a chat conversation but conversation was onesided from my end but no response at all and they I tried calling them but call was waiting to connect more than compan35 minutes but still no response. I want compliant on Bloomsvilla services, if they are not able to deliver the orders them they should discontinue thei online business, withoutout knowing truth common people are unnecessarily paying the amount in bloomsvilla and not getting refunund as well.
