Dear sir/ madam.
I have ordered a flower bouquet from BloomsVilla yesterday with order number BV23147566. In the website it was mentioned that they'll deliver the product by yesterday midnight itself and they asked to pay extra 250 for the same. I paid for that and was waiting till my occasion got finished. My order hasn't been delivered and the customer support isn't responding for calls. I think I got spammed. If this complaint reaches to the right person, kindly help me with the cancellation and refund.
