I had ordered orchids and chocolates and placed two orders worth near to 7k. While placing order i was getting trouble while payment and they had immediately called for it. After placing order they did not even bother to followup on delivery or receive calls. Today they have sent mail saying order is on hold as it is out of service area. When order is not reachable why support called me while payment and said order could be delivered also there site said it’s available.
To get something out of my 7k i had also provided alternate address to them but still no response.
Order number is added to subject.
I believe other users also faced same situation.
