1. I was promised slot of 6-9pm yesterday 19th June 2022.
2. Delivery location was checked and serviceable under same day delivery
3. It was shifted to next day delivery i.e.20th June 9am to 12noon by them without my consent
4. Customer Care - Forced me to hold line for help 19-25-41 mins back to back. Screenshots attached.
5. I got assurance that the product will be delivered soon
6. In late afternoon i get an email - Area is not under service kindly give alternative address or collect a gift card
7. I am trying the customer care - yet no response - Just emails after continuous follow ups
8. Utter waste of time-money-emotions and feelings
PS:Details are attached for you to work on your customer service.
You cant survive with this attitude in market.
This is my first and worst experience with bloomsvilla.
