I placed the order reference BV23197915 on 17th November 2023 for ordering Birthday cake for my dad. The order was to deliver on 20th Novemeber. I checked with the pin code and it was confirmed before the order. in addition, I paid extra to deliver it before 9AM. But the order was not delivered on time. I called the customer care then and they confirmed that the delviery will be done before 6PM as it is outskirt area. I beleived their words and waited. And then 8pm i had to order through other local website and it got delivered within half an hour.
Now its 21st Novemeber, the next day and still it is not delivered. I sent them email to cancel my order. They are not responding properly to the emails. They are just not attending the issues and sending the same prefabricated emails again and again, may be like through some robo or programming. I need complete refund and they are not addressing it even after repeated emails. They are saying it will be delivered before 6pm of 21st Novemeber. But the birthday is already passes on 20th and now that order is of no use. We have already paid extra for the new order through other web site also.
I need justice with proper refund. And 100% THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD. Was this information helpful? |
