BloomsVilla — Company didn't deliver parcel and not responding

My order id : BV23137635
i ordered gift on 13th Feb 2023 but its not deliver on 14th feb 2023 till yet as they promised to deliver, i continuously connecting on customer but they mentioned wrong number on website & they have poor customer assistance.

Request you to please refund my money

I also placed order on 14th Feb 23 to be delivered on same day and paid for it and it hasn't been delivered yet.
