We have been following up with BloomsVilla for our refund. As we have
ordered the flowers for Mother's Day on 14th May, 2023. We have
received the fake emails from BloomsVilla that the flowers have been
delivered but they were delivered on 15th May 2023 i.e on the next day
and not on the promised day i.e 14th May 2023.
Also we have been trying on the customer care number 080.352.165.81
(9AM - 6PM) several times but we were not able to reach them,
continuously on hold for more than 30 mins and no agent came on call
for the resolution.
The booking order was #BV23162694. In response we have just received
emails from them that we will address the issue at the earliest but we
haven't received the refund yet.
