Hello, my boyfriend ordered for me 2 gift items for Valentines day. He paid a total of Rs. 2418 including a surcharge to deliver on 14th Feb. The company confirmed the order via Email but never delivered the order. This is very disappointing because these are not small amounts of money. This is absolute fraud. They do not answer any call or emails or messages. What can we do about this? Please help!
