My wife had ordered fresh flower bokke with 35 roses for wedding anniversary of father and mother whose order # is BV2138731H. Order was placed on 13th Nov and delivery was requested on 14th early hours.
Parents waited at home without going anywhere else, expecting the gift and by evening, was saddened by not getting it delivered.
History:
-When contacted your customer care regarding delever ability at the location, mentioning the place, they confirmed they can deliver it between 8am-12 noon.
-Since it was not, when contacted customer care after several retries, they told it will be delivered before 6 pm
-Again, as it was not delivered, followed up and they answered it will be delivered next day and we told them not to do that as it is worse than delivering it and we need refund. They agreed
-Again, as refund didn't happen, when we enquired, they say there is transaction charges they can't refund
-When contacted customer care again with the above responses, and we request again for full refund, they say charge is for the distance- delivery charge for place being remote.
See the conflict in your own responses, which shows, it is your eye on someone else's money, without doing the job. Shame on you.
Please refund as soon as possible. I am planning to move legally, if you don't respond or not willing to pay fully. When going legal, have to ask for compensation also on top of the losses
