I placed an order for a bouquet on 8th March 2023 which was scheduled to deliver on same day by 12 midnight.
but they failed to deliver even after charging me rs. 250 for delivery only.
Next day their delivery partner called me at around 1 pm to ask for the delivery.
But I refused to accept as it was out of time and I had to arrange it from somewhere else.
now the company is not responding to my queries and not even answering the calls on given number.
Their status update is showing It's my fault.
I want my money back.
