BloomsVilla — Misleading website and products information

I had ordered flowers and a lucky plant through BloomsVilla website bloomsvilla.com where they had mentioned that their service is 24 hours and they can deliver any time, day or night. The order was for my cousin’s 25th wedding Anniversary and I wanted them to receive on the same day I ordered but they delivered next day and the worst part was the products they received were really substandard and low quality. My cousin called me and informed me about the same, she also spoke to the local person who managed bloomsvilla deliveries, they didn’t resolve the matter. So I emailed the company's about my concern and disappointment about misleading information and the delivery of cheap and shoddy products and demanded to reimburse the amount I spent. They didn’t accept that they were at wrong and disregarded my concern. I have used few other websites to order flowers and plants before and was never a disappointment. The reason I chose this company as they have advertised that they deliver any time. This has been a misleading information and above all they deliver shoddy and second-rate products. I request this matter to be taken seriously as this can prevent lot of customers getting scammed in the future by this unreliable company. I aim to go to consumer court if this is not resolved.
