I ordered flowers and chocolates worth Rs. 1, 249.00 on 14th Feb

Order number - BV23141824

The order was not delivered as promised on 14th Feb.

I need refund. Call centre is not answering calls and no one is replying to emails. I sent so many emails on [protected]@bloomsvilla.com
