I ordered an product from BloomsVilla and it was a prepaid order. Soon, I received an email from BloomsVilla saying that my order is on hold as there was an issue with the product. I immediately cancelled my order and requested for a refund to my original payment method, but they declined that request saying that they can only provide a gift voucher of same amount in return. I agreed and asked them to share the gift voucher, but haven't received anything yet. BloomsVilla said that I will be receiving the gift voucher soon via mail. Since all of this happened 10 days back (April 30) and I haven't received anything yet, I am convinced that this is a scam and therefore would like to raise a complaint against them.
