Hi Team,
I'm writing this email to raise a complaint on my order placed with Bloomsvilla.com on 29th of August 2023 with prepayment. It's Been 10 days now, and order is not yet delivered, neither they have contacted us yet with any kind of assurance.
I have been sending several emails following up on my order, and the response is very late and copy pasting the same response every time I follow up with them.
It was not informed to me earlier while making the online payment, that order will be delivered via courier, I understand the same after almost a week of placing the order. They have not shared the courier tracking details either, which makes case look like a fraud.
Kindly requesting you to take up the matter on priority basis and help in preventing this type of fraudsters.
