I had ordered a gift for my friend on 30.04.2023 (BV[protected] they had promised to deliver within 24 hrs..but it's already been 48hrs the gift is not been delivered .The recipient had asked the delivery agent to get the parcel in morning as it was raining and the agent had also agreed to deliver in morning. But not delivered, and customer support is worst they have not responded properly.
We need the product ordered or refund.
Kindly find the screenshot where product is on-hold status .
We need a proper communication by the company.
Don't play with the customer money which ur company never be successful
