BloomsVilla — Order not delivered of amount 2 k

For 10 August 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. I had booked and paid 2000 rs in advance.But they did not deliver my bouquet and also sent a message saying that my bouquet have been delivered.Neither they picked up the phone nor responds to mail .It is a fraud company which has not delivered order as well as not giving back my refund.I tried 100 times to customer care but not able to contact them.Strict actions should be taken on such companies making fool of innocent customer.
