BloomsVilla — Order Not Received/refund

I ordered flowers that should have reached the destination by 6 pm on 24/4/2023 but its not yet received and customer care is not reachable at all . I placed the order 4 hours before so it reaches the hotel before 8 atleast but no updates from the website or any delivery personal about the order.

it seems like its a total fraud website and should be banned from India.
