Hi team,
On 3rd of Feb 2023, I have ordered a pack of 5 kitkat, also for that order I have done the payment.. and I got a mail that my order is placed successfully.
After that I got another mail that my order has been put on hold the reason behind putting on hold is i opted for a kitkat pack without any cake or flowers.. but if this is the case then my order should not be placed.. but it got placed and the amount is also deducted from my account..
I have dropped a mail to bloomsvilla but did not get proper response from the customer care. It's been 5 days already I didn't get the resolution of my concern.
Kindly help me with the cancellation and refund of my order please.
