HI,
I ordered a plant from this vendor on 14th May 2023 where it showed me the delivery to my location was possible on the same day.
Later by 1:38PM i received an email confirmation stating that they cannot deliver to my location and that if i do not reply to the email, they will refund the amount as store credit.
I replied right away requesting for the refund to my source account because 1) i do not use this website and their store credit does not mean anything to me 2) I do not have an account in their website 3) This is their fault for claiming delivery to the location i had requested for so they owe me my refund which did not happen yet. Their customer care numbers are not working, neither is anyone replying from their given email IDs.
