T's been a WORST EVER experience with Bloomsvilla. 1. My order status BV[protected] for Rakhi gift to my brother in US was not delivered nor cancelled . I raised the order on 27th Aug, and then cancelled it because address was incorrect. 2. The same day I have cancelled order on 27th Aug, sent an email to [protected]@bloomsville.com, also called the call center for the same. I was told that I would get a reply with ₹200 deducted and rest refunded within 2 hours .but did not receive after 15 days also 3. Whenever I call the call center my call.is on hold for more than 30 mins minimum. Worst experience… such a spoiler of your important event. They suck...complete fraud, inaccessible, torturous, waste of time and money and cheats of the first order. Their chat assistance is robotic n keep asking same questions.. no one answer. CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MONEY BACK ! Thanks, Sireesha
