I am complaining from Bangalore
On 28th april i had ordered flowers, chocolates and cakes for my daughter birthday.Before ordering thrice i took confirmation of the same whether they can deliver or not, they said home delivery is available eventhough there's curfew in bangalore city. I made a payment of the same roundup to rs 2k.They told me that by 2pm ill be receiving the order.They didn't turn up even after7 in the evening. worse part is they have only one bangalore landline number same lady executive always says iam from mumbai, pune. delhi. After this they are not reachable to phone, chat, mails.They in the night after much effort of mine thru chat told local police didn't let.Okay, what will be the next process, anybody for the matter asks for refund, when the purpose is not served is there any fault or wrong in asking my money. She told me that amt transfer is not at all possible, can give store credit.Now, why i take this. Apart from this after a day and two, No one picks phone, mail, chat nothing, whereas you make a fresh order immediately the same lady responds. Why is this ? If asks for refund she says operational team and disconnects the call. Their stores in bangalore had wrong and no phone nos and not reachable. They as an online service provider had nothing to contact them. They are troubling and playing fool around ppl.websites like this should not be there.for any items for the matter.They are accountable, they should be.
